We agree on the job to test and what a good result looks like, then ship the glasses.

Your team gets set up and makes its first calls or recordings with us on hand.

Real work
The glasses go out on normal jobs. We check in and adjust along the way.

Keep the glasses with the trial fee credited, or send them back and we pick them up.

What you bring, and what we bring
You bring
- A compatible phone The glasses run on an iPhone or a supported Android phone, one per pair. Check your phone
- One job to test A real task your team does every week, such as a repair call or an inspection round.
- Someone to lead it One person who owns the trial, gathers feedback and decides at the end.
- Microsoft 365, for Iristick.Teams Teams needs Microsoft 365 Business Basic or higher and one-time consent from your IT admin. Iristick.Assist and Iristick.Collector need neither.
We bring
- Glasses and accessories A complete set with every pair, ready to plug into a phone.
- Full software access Iristick.Assist, Iristick.Teams or Iristick.Collector, depending on what you test.

Questions
How does the credit work?
The trial costs €1,000 per pair, excl. VAT, for six weeks. If you buy the glasses, the €1,000 is deducted from the purchase price.
What if we decide not to buy?
Send the glasses back at the end of the six weeks. We handle shipping both ways and arrange the pickup.
When do the six weeks start?
You pick an approximate start date when you order. We need about two weeks to ship and onboard, and the six weeks count from the day your trial set is delivered.
Can we trial more than one pair?
Yes, up to two pairs. For a larger pilot, talk to sales.
Which software is included?
Full access to the software for your use case: Iristick.Assist and Iristick.Teams for remote assistance, Iristick.Collector for data collection.
Can we run a second trial?
Not straight away. After a trial ends, a new one can be ordered after six months.
Are prices including VAT?
No. All prices are in EUR and exclude VAT.
