Are prices including VAT?
No. All prices are in EUR and exclude VAT.
What is included with the glasses?
Every Iristick.G3 and Iristick.G2 comes with Iristick.Assist, free, for one-on-one calls with face blurring. Other software is added per pair or per user.
What does Iristick.Assist Premium add?
Up to four people on one call, screen sharing from the expert, and drawing on a frozen frame or photo. It costs €300 per pair of glasses per year.
How is Iristick.Collector licensed?
Per person using the app, at €600 per user per year, with unlimited templates and observations.
Can I try Iristick.Teams before buying a license?
Yes. Each new pair of Iristick smart glasses includes 10 free calls.
Why do I need serial numbers for licenses?
Iristick.Assist Premium and Iristick.Teams licenses are tied to a pair of glasses, so we need the serial numbers of the glasses you want to license.
What is in the developer package?
One development unit at half price, three months of Iristick.SDK access with a developer API key and a 30-minute onboarding Q&A. SDK access then renews at €1,000 a year. Extra developer support is €125 per hour.
How does the trial credit work?
The trial costs €1,000 per pair, excl. VAT, for six weeks. If you buy the glasses, the €1,000 is deducted from the purchase price. Otherwise, return them and we arrange the pickup.
We need more than ten pairs. What now?
Talk to sales. We put together volume pricing and an official quote for your rollout. Enterprise plans with on-premises hosting and single sign-on are priced the same way.
